We also support clients through our managed legal services businesses which is an extension of our value innovation in legal services.
Our legal consultants have a wide range of skills including, but not limited to, M&A, general corporate, company secretarial, capital raising (start-up to SME), restructures, construction and infrastructure, FinTech, payments, AML/CFT, intellectual property, employment, banking and finance, commercial contracts, IT/Technology, telecommunications, commercial property and hotels, pharmaceuticals and luxury goods. Having generally worked both in traditional law firms and as in-house counsel, our legal consultants have an excellent understanding of being a business partner and enabler – something we see as a crucial skill for a legal consultant and a value add for our clients.
Process: We provide consulting and advisory services relating to legal process management, legal operations and legal project management – helping our clients achieve more for less. Our Korum Project Methodology (KPM) has been specially developed to work with clients, to review their practices and apply tailored project management principles and practices to enhance the delivery of legal services. We provide a legal management consulting lens to our client internal systems, processes and operations
Technology: KorumLegal is always working on how to leverage and utilise technology to create efficiencies. We help our clients identify new technology solutions to automate and enhance their legal workflows and processes. We advise on the procurement and integration of LegalTech. We review and collaborate with external legal technology suppliers to enhance efficiency in our clients’ legal team processes. Simultaneously, have built our own LegalTech platform to help our own internal operations efficiencies and to provide a legal platform solution to clients, based on our client feedback, industry knowledge and thought leadership.

Independent in structure and spirit, Elvinger Hoss Prussen guides clients on their most critical Luxembourg legal matters.
Our firm was founded in 1964 by lawyers committed to excellence and creativity in legal practice. Since then, we have shaped a firm fit for one purpose; to deliver the best possible advice for businesses, institutions and entrepreneurs.
Delivering this responsive service, to an exceptional degree of precision, means working a little differently. Our partners are uncommonly supportive of clients and of each other; we form cross-border arrangements with peers based on the demands of each case; and our colleagues are unusually united around our values.
We are proud to play a unique role in the development of Luxembourg as a financial centre. And we welcome like minds to open opportunities for the future.

We opened our first Asia Pacific office in 1980 and have since gone on to build a significant market-leading presence in the region. Our 400-plus lawyers advise clients on the full range of business law for their regional and international activities.
Our Asia Pacific network began with our Hong Kong and Singapore offices which opened in 1980 and 1981 respectively. Since then, we’ve invested to keep pace with our clients’ businesses and worked on opportunities both within and beyond the region.
We now have eight offices in five Asia Pacific countries. These include Beijing (1985) and Shanghai (1993), Tokyo (1987), Sydney and Perth (2011) – and our newest office, Seoul, which opened in 2012. In other countries where we don’t have offices, we have close working relationships with local law firms. This gives us a cost-effective way to deliver results for clients in every country in the region.
Multi-jurisdictional teams with a dedicated ASEAN focus
The Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) offers huge opportunities for investors. The ten country bloc – Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Brunei, Laos the Philippines and Cambodia – is one of the fastest growing regions in the world.
The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was set up in 2015. It is built to create a single market across ASEAN nations. With the AEC beginning to emerge, we are one of the few firms with a dedicated taskforce of partners and associates focusing on industry trends, opportunities and challenges for clients in the ASEAN region. Our Country Focus Groups for Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, include teams of lawyers based in all our practice areas and offices worldwide. These teams pool their knowhow and expertise for issues involving ASEAN jurisdictions.
