Singapore expansion strengthens Harvey’s regional footprint as law firms and in-house legal teams across APAC accelerate adoption of AI-driven legal workflows.
Legal AI platform Harvey has announced plans to open a new office in Singapore in June, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. The move reflects growing demand from law firms and corporate legal teams across APAC for artificial intelligence to transform legal workflows.
Singapore is widely recognised as one of the world’s most innovative and globally connected business hubs, serving as a centre for cross-border transactions, disputes, finance, and technology. As legal work across the region becomes more complex and multi-jurisdictional, Harvey’s local presence is intended to support firms and organisations as they integrate AI into core legal processes.
Harvey entered the Singapore market with WongPartnership LLP as its first customer in Southeast Asia. Since then, the company has expanded its presence to include several leading firms and organisations, including Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, Drew & Napier LLC, Braddell Brothers LLP, Lee & Lee, Oon & Bazul LLP, and TSMP Law Corporation. Corporate and institutional users include Airwallex, the Singapore Judiciary, and a strategic partnership with PwC.
Establishing an on-the-ground presence in Singapore will allow Harvey to work more closely with regional customers as they scale AI adoption and embed the platform into mission-critical legal workflows across offices and jurisdictions.
“APAC is a major growth engine for us, and Singapore sits at the intersection of legal, financial, and technology innovation,” said Winston Weinberg, CEO and co-founder of Harvey. “It consistently ranks among the most innovative economies in the world, which reflects a forward-thinking business environment and strong commitment to legal-technology adoption.”
The Singapore office builds on Harvey’s existing regional footprint, which includes offices in Sydney and Bengaluru, strengthening the company’s ability to support customers across the Asia-Pacific region through a combination of local expertise and global coordination.
“We’re seeing strong momentum from customers across the region adopting AI in real workflows,” said John Haddock, Chief Business Officer at Harvey. “Being in Singapore allows us to partner more deeply with legal teams as they scale Harvey across offices and across borders in a market that is truly leading in innovation and transformation.”
