Alliott Global Alliance (formerly ‘Alliott Group’), the international alliance of law and accounting firms, has continued its recent expansion in the Asia Pacific region by appointing leading full-service law firm Azwar Hadisupani Rum & Partners (AHRP) Counsellors at Law as its sole representative member firm in Indonesia as of 1st January 2021.

The appointment gives the alliance a dual presence in Jakarta, alongside accounting firm Kantor Akuntan Publik Arief Jauhari (KAPAJ).

Established in 2018, AHRP has quickly grown to 30 staff and become a Top 25 firm. A comprehensive range of services is offered to clients, including corporate law, dispute resolution and arbitration, tax, and M&A to clients in the energy, infrastructure, construction, mining, governmental and finance sectors.

Led by Managing Partner Irawady Azwar and two equity partners, Abdul Haris M. Rum and Zaka Hadisupani Oemang, the firm has worked on many high-profile projects related to infrastructure, M&A, and capital markets for multinational and national companies. Recently, the firm advised on several of the country’s most high-profile projects, including for the Financial Services Authority and a China mining group company.
