Johnny regularly advises multinational clients at senior management level on employee disputes. He has successfully defended a number of global technology companies against IP theft by staff, and advised on related data privacy issues. He also supports various clients on highly contentious removal of company executives, and large-scale redundancies. Recently, Johnny has advised life science companies and airlines on investigations into serious employee misconduct or corruption.
