Addition of Danh Nguyen, Bill Novomisle and Tanya Rolfe demonstrates growing demand for broader legal solutions offerings across APAC region.

The landscape for legal solutions is shifting in Asia with KorumLegal recently adding three significant hires.  KorumLegal bills itself as “a boutique legal solutions firm providing flexible, innovative and client-centric legal solutions across the Asia Pacific region” and offers consultants in three verticals: people, process and technology.  In 2017, KorumLegal was awarded the ‘Visionary Legal Services Provider of the Year’ at the In-House Community Awards.

DanDanh Nguyen has joined KorumLegal as its General Manager and Managing Consultant for EMEA, based out of London.  While KorumLegal has always focused its services on the APAC region, Nguyen will be responsible for growing its footprint among EMEA-headquartered companies that have significant operations in the APAC region.  “I’m excited to be joining KorumLegal where I can leverage my knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory environments in APAC, along with my work on global transformations, to assist EMEA-based clients who want to extend their reach into APAC.”     Nguyen joins KorumLegal from Western Union where he was, most recently, a key leader in their global transformation initiative using Lean Management to drive organizational, operational and cultural change.

Prior to this, Nguyen was a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with over 15 years’ experience at Western Union, Westpac and Baker & McKenzie with experience across payments, banking, financial services, and technology sectors.  He was previously based in Hong Kong and Sydney and worked across the APAC region on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, as well as strategic risk and compliance.

TanyaTanya Rolfe also joins KorumLegal as General Manager and Managing Consultant SEA, where she will focus on growing the firms Singapore and South-East Asia business.
