Alun has over 20 years’ experience advising on M&A and joint ventures across the Asia-Pacific region. He has a strong track record of advising private capital investors and corporates on a range of investments, with a focus on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions. His experience spans several sectors, including digital and other infrastructure, energy transition, healthcare, consumer and financial services.
