GRM’s Rob Green recently sat down with Frieda Levycky of Eversheds Sutherland and founder of www.bravingboundaries.com, a life coaching resource for all legal professionals to discuss mental health issues in the legal sector and the rise of stress, anxiety, depression and suicide in the industry. Rob and Frieda have worked in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas and shared their own journeys as well as mental health awareness in the law. Stress, anxiety and depression do not see race, colour, gender or geography, these are problems that many, many legal professionals face every day, especially in a COVID world, they are issues that are faced by the many, but only talked about by the few.
